Our furnace stopped working just before Christmas! The gentleman from Hughes Lake Heating was here within a couple hours of my call, assessed the problem, drove all the way to North Bay and back to get the parts needed. Got our furnace fixed and all cleaned up after by 7 that night! He was polite, courteous and very professional. No other company could even come for at least a week? This is the company I will call if ever needed again. Julie
