    I have had nothing but good experience at this store. I recently bought a new puppy and the help I received in purchased was great

    It's very unfortu...

    It's very unfortunate that it took the owner of this store to make it clear that he is not interested in customer service or for that matter being polite at all. I realize he is probably 15 years past his retirement and he couldn't care a less about my $100 monthly trip to by my dog his treats, toys, food and clothes. All that is fine because a new Pet Smart opened in the same Plaza. I will go there from now on. I just couldn't believe the fact that this grumpy old man was so rude and insulting to me. I shopped with my dog and it is his monthly trip that we walk over and he gets his nails clipped and gets
