Leavens Volkswagen

They haven't been able to figure out a noise my Jetta makes when I break. They assured me if I spent $1000 on new breaks/parts that the noise would go away. It did not. When I complained all I was told was the noise would go away, then when it didn't they told me it was normal, then they needed another part but they couldn't tell me when the part would be in. I haven't heard anything since. I guess they just can't put their big boy pants on and admit they have no idea what's wrong with my Jetta.

My first VW

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

Service with a smile

The staff in the service dept at Leavens VW are so friendly. When you bring your car in for service, there will be some kind of cost. The service advisors are awesome. They even bring me into the shop and take a look for myself at the technicians work. I have peace of mind that my car is being taken good care of. Heck, the car is always nice and clean when I pick it up!
