Rude customer service
My experience with Trailer Hitch Center was positive, up until I had to modify my appointment time. The man I spoke to slammed the receiver down before I could finish explaining / apologizing for changing the date. Incredibly disrespectful, particularly when they are not the cheapest guys in town. Would not recommend.
