I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. She was friendly and courteous..she listened. It was not an ordeal...If it hadn't have been for Heather, I probably would have stopped shopping there. She is an asset, and I thank her
