Energy Tech Services operates in a very dishonest fashion. Attempts to back charge without honestly disclosing intentions. Refused to pay for a site visit when they were in the area to determine if a propane tank could be sited where preferred. Absolutely no indication that they were going to charge, so I could refuse them access. Also, made many representations that were not gas code.
