    If there is no problems they are good. If there is problem, forget it. Even the owner says he will call you and does not

    The assistant who helped me at Kanata Opticians (150 Katimavik) was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. When I asked if I could get my current frames fitted with new lenses, she assured me that was possible (always a small risk that frames can be damaged, though) because my frames were in excellent condition. My new glasses were delivered promptly, and they were perfectly done. Even though I live 40 km west of this business, I will gladly make the trip again if I need their services.
