Bridlewood Home Hardware

I will never shop at Home Hardware again and I’m going to encourage my friends and family to shop elsewhere as well. I received a Christmas gift from my parents in a different provinces and the gift had a gift receipt. I tried to return it for either store credit or a refund and was told I had to return it to the original store because the product was discontinue. The product showed up on their computers and it was $85. Now I have to spend $20 to ship it back to my parents.

Beware ... even though Bridlewood Home Hardware publishes a Price Match Policy on their website and advertises this Price Match Policy as part of their weekly sales flyer, staff and management at the store do NOT uphold this policy. This particular store only price matches on regular prices and not sale prices. Really??? This despite the policy being advertised on the weekly sales flyer! Find another Home Hardware store which stands behind this promise and give them your business.

On the several times I have been in this store, the staff are always enthusiastic and willing to assist with any queries that I had or to help find items that I needed. They are very knowledgeable which makes it a first stop when I go shopping.
