I guess they are so busy that they forgot what basic service means. Over the years as a company we purchased more than $20000 worth of stoves from them but now when we ask for service or additional questions we are treated in a patronising, condescending and rude way. Either the employees are not happy working there or they just don't care. But for sure my business is now going to partner with another one!
