I had the pleasure of shadowing Dr. Hendricks at Harvard Dental the following past four months. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla have created a warm atmosphere, where patients, and myself felt very welcomed. By watching the daily procedures I was able to ask questions and learn many different aspects of what this profession entails. Through viewing the positive interactions with patients Dr. Hendricks had, it confirmed my hopes to pursue this career. I am very thankful for this opportunity!
As far as dental practices go, Harvard Rd Dental is as good as it gets. It is plain to see that each and every member of the staff enjoy their job and are experts in their field. Thank you for the consistent quality service.
I have gone to Harvard Rd Dental Clinic on several occasions for myself and my children. Dr. Mae has been amazing!!! She is wonderful, friendly and more importantly, she is an excellent dentist. She pays attention to details and takes her time to make sure that everything is well taken care of. They respect the patient's time with their appointments as I never had to wait. My kids also enjoyed the dental experience with Dr. Mae and the friendly staff.
Dr. Mae is wonderful! Her knowledge and the level of care she provides is exceptional. Her office is equipped with state of the art technology which she uses to share information about our teeth and make our visits even more pleasurable - if at all possible. Dr. Mae is loved by everyone in our home. We look forward to many years in her care. Thank you!
As a student at the U of G I have used dental services at Harvard Rd Dental Care a couple of times and I am absolutely satisfied.
I also had a oral viral disease which was diagnosed by Dr Abdalla and Dr Hendricks very quickly and they prescribed the right medication for me. I would like to thank them for their professional treatment.
The dentists and staff are very trustworthy and consider the student insurance coverage when they suggest their services. They also accept direct payments from the insurance, which makes it very convenient for students to use their services.

A great Dental Office
I would like to thank the Dentists and staff at Harvard Rd Dental for the incredibly professional treatment they give to my family. We all feel very comfortable with the great chair side manner and extra care they take to ensure our comfort. I am very pleased with the costs and have complete confidence in their choice of treatment.. :-).
Very friendly people, but services are not that great. If you are a student at the University of Guelph (like me), I recommend you not attend this dental establishment. That's because they will do as many services as possible to max out your coverage ($500), whether you need those services or not.

Harvard Rd Dental Care has succeeded in creating a warm and welcoming environment for the entire family. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla are incredibly caring dentists who are genuinely concerned about your health and well-being. Both, dentists and staff, ensure your visit is as relaxing as possible and are happy to walk you through the dental procedures and answer any questions you may have. Harvard Rd Dental Care truly provides their patients with quality and personalized dental care! I would happily recommend them to anyone!
I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years and I can honestly say that I was scared to go back. However, I could no longer avoid getting my teeth checked. Unfortunately, I had two cavities (not bad for 10 years) and I was a little nervous to get them filled. The technology sure has changed in 10 years and now a numbing cream can be applied which greatly reduces the pinch of a needle. Also, Dr. Hendricks provided digital images of everything that was going on in my mouth for every step of the way and didn't hide anything from me. It was truly a great and educational experience. With the south end of Guelph being inundated with Dentists, I felt compelled to write a review to say why I think Harvard Dental is the best office in Guelph.
Location and ample free parking is definitely a plus, but more importantly, Dr. Abdalla and her husband Dr. Hendricks have created the most comfortable, state of the art, atmosphere in a dental setting. They are both very skilled Dentists who are caring and so compassionate. They care not just about our dental health but often ask about our lives in general. It's always a positive experience as the entire staff are friendly and so knowledgeable too!! Our whole family are patients at Harvard Dental, and have had lots of dental work done over the years. Our son was very impressed that the needle didn't even hurt when he had to have a cavity filled!
Dr. Abdalla and Dr. Hendrick are youthful and fun and truthfully are a welcomed addition to Guelph. We will continue to refer our friends to Harvard Dental office.
I want to share the great experience I had at Harvard Rd Dental Care. Dr. Abdalla took care of my dental work making sure I never felt any pain over my 4 appointments and I was done before I noticed. Dental techniques are top-rate. Dr. Abdalla was always reassuring and ready to answer any questions. She is also assisted by a wonderful team. Elaine, Marg, Jennifer and Debbie made me feel at ease since my first appointment. I definitely recommend to anyone!!!

They took care of all my dental needs and answered any questions I had.
