Theodore & Pringle Optical in Your Independent Grocer

I have been going to Theodore & Pringle Optical since I moved to Gravenhurst 8 years ago.It is by the far the best company I have ever dealt with.Not just when it comes to optical needs but any business bar none.I have always been treated with the utmost respect.The employees are very kind,helpful,informative and polite.In the past I have not been terribly vigilant about looking after my eyesight which, as a senior,is not a good thing. I now go regularily for checkups and love the low prices.

went in to get a childs glasses fixed. after checking the web page for the hours of operation i was rudely treated, being told that i need an appointment and they were with a client . there was nothing on the web page about appointments. They were kind enough to replace the broken frames. Being spoken to this way will ensure that i will never purchase glasses here again.Please update your web page
