Bought an expensive bra and within six weeks the wire popped out. Took it back, with the receipt and was told they wouldn't exchange or refund but would sew it to repair. Then the owner looked at the other side of the bra and said it looked like that side was going to have a hole too, and that she would have a 'patch' put there as a preventative measure. Cheap quality with expensive prices. AWFUL customer service.
