I paid a $250 dep...

I paid a $250 deposit upfront. They were to start 9am Monday morning but did not answer my repeated calls and messages until 2pm Tuesday. Unreliable, not punctual, shoddy workmanship, inferior materials, did not clean up, or return to finish the job as promised (after I paid in advance, trusting their word). They did not protect my hardwood floor and it 5 hours to clean the plaster from it. They estimated 3 days to finish the job but after more than a month I hired another contractor.
