Terrible customer service just try to get as much money as they can get out of a customer

I had the pleasure of meeting with Nakita today at the Woodbine Mall location. Very knowledgeable on products and great customer service skills. I suggest you check her out for all your phone service needs.

If it were possible to give this store a zero rating I would. This store is very unprofessional the staff management is even worse. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 11 and they installed it. Either it was a bad screen protector or it wasn’t installed properly I had bubbles popping up on the phone a few days later. They would not change it They were very rude and condescending. I will never go back to Freedom mobile in Woodbine centre they are awful think twice before you go there.
