Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I attended the location in person to book a car rental The agent set it all up quickly and advised me that I would be picked up at the specified location and that it was all set to go. Needless to say when the day I needed the rental came I waited at the specified location at the prearranged time. When they didn’t show up I called the dundas location. Spoke to another employee who advised that it didn’t work that way but that he’d send the shuttle to my location where Im Still waiting

Waites 15 minutes on the phone to speak try to book a rental . I was then told call back later , no representatives available . Terrible
