Worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. The people who at the desk have little knowledge. They came out to do a job & really didn’t do anything, & a ridiculous amount plus an environmental fee. I called to speak with them about doing something with the bill, believe I spoke to the owner who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. By the end of the conversation he told me he would give a refund, go find someone else & never call again.

Poor Service

Had a flat tire repaired, after I had to follow up to see if it was fixed, when I arrived it was left outside with several other tires. Had to put it back in my trunk myself and install at home. No assistance was given and no offer was provided to install the tire on my vehicle for me. Wanted a quote for 4 new tires, even though I was standing in reception, was told they just closed and were waiting for their last customer to leave. Won't attempt to use their services ever again!

I have been using McKee tire for over a quarter of a century. The staff has always been there for me and looked after all my tire needs. I recently sent my son there and the team looked after his flat tire on the spot. Great local business and service.

Terrible Customer Service

A few weeks ago, I spoke with one of the employees over the telephone and attempted to make an appointment. He told me that they did not take appointments as I probably would not show up like most other people who call. I then asked him if he knew of another tire service centre on the area that did make appointments. He said "No" and hung up. He was very rude. After speaking with the employee, I would NEVER go there to have work done.

At McKee Tire you can definitely feel that it is a family-run business because they make you feel like family the minute you walk in the door. It's so nice to get your vehicle worked on at a place where you know that you can TRUST the people who work there. In all my experiences at McKee Tire, I have found them to be helpful, honest, professional, courteous, and just genuinely good people. You can't put a pricetag on good, old-fashioned service like that offered by McKee Tire. Thanks guys!
