I placed a phone order, it took 2.5 hrs to arrive. When I looked at it the pizza was so dry nobody wanted to eat it. I called 10 minutes after getting my pizza to complain. I was told they could not replace my order and that the store manager would call to follow up on this issue. Three days later I had to call them. The manager stated she would credit me the $47.00 on my next purchase. When I tried to use my credit i was told it was only $20.00. Very poor customer service.
