Very rude and hostile customer service. Misinformation is the name of their game. Rude Tow Truck Drivers. Driver seemed to be in a rush and already seemed like he did not want to help. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through.

We had to call CAA at 5pm Sunday evening. We waited a while for them to show up, but when they did; Aaron and Ryan made the rest of our evening as stress free as possible. Extremely professional, courteous, some comedic relief and most important, they got us home safe by 10:30pm - over 220km away - on a Sunday evening. Thanks Xtreme, Aaron and Ryan!

Terrible customer service. The XTREME tow truck driver I received through CAA to help me tow my vehicle was very rude and abrasive. I hopefully will never have to use this company again if I am in need of roadside assistance.

My car had cut out and I called CAA. A random battery guy was sent saying my battery was good but something else is wrong and he just left. Called CAA back and asked for a tow. Ryan from Extreme Towing came and he looked at it and noticed it was a connection to the battery that was the issue. He was able to temporarily fix it so I could drive it myself to a shop. Saved me a $60 tow. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely good experience with xtreme towing through CAA. One of their drivers named Elvis was very helpful as well as careful with my car. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible company the owners are so rude and don't care about costumer service the truck driver I had was rude and was hitting on me the whole time and the company is horrible I will never use them again!

Ordered a CAA tow at 730 p.m. Monday night. These idiots delivered the car the following Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. CAA literally told me my car had gone missing. Extreme Towing was advised by CAA that they should contact me directly to resolve the issue and explain their actions. They have not done this. Stay away.

Mike showed up (as a CAA contractor for a Mitsubishi service call) - car wouldn't start, but I knew it wasn't battery and it didn't sound like the starter. He asked to take a listen and then asked me to pump the gas pedal a few times... tried again, and after two attempts, car started. Ran like a charm. Thx for the amazing advice on the problem being 'bad/dirty gas' in the lines!! Saved us cash and saved us a ton of time at the dealership. Great service, honest and friendly. A+++!

Terrible service they send 2 trucks 1 to be a "chaser" and one that can tow for CAA. The chaser takes your vehicle and holds it until you pay 300 dollars while the CAA truck sits there till you have paid then they will take your vehicle and charge CAA. It's a company that cheats you and CAA
