Wheelchair Taxi Ontario Limited

While the driver was friendly and attentive, their prices are ridiculous...$80 for a four-minute round-trip drive and a 15-minute wait. There are many other companies who charge half as much, and next time I'll be choosing one of them.

This taxi was booked for my mom by the hospital. The guy showed up 40 minutes late unapologetic and unconcerned. He put my mom in the lift to get her into th van and did not secure the brakes. Very dangerous. Vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke and he was using his phone while driving. Would not recommend.

I am using this Company again next week for the 2nd trip for my Mom and me from her Long Term Care Home to the hospital because they were VERY KIND and HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY. Danny arranged everything and was a very good listener to meet our complicated needs and John the driver was so kind to my Mom. She kept telling John - You are such a good driver! I am so grateful for the wonderful service for my 89 year old Mom in a wheelchair and myself!!
