    My glasses broke so I brought them back to vision express. They said they would try to find frames to fit my lenses- a month has gone by since I dropped them off. No call from anyone at vision express regarding my glasses. When you call, their voicemail says it has not been initialized- no way to leave a message.

    the vision express dont have phone number written on their store to contact them. Plus no address or suite number. this is very important
