Shorey Dr

Dr. Shorey is an amazing Endo. My daughter was referred to him and we havent looked back. He is patient, hopeful and encouraging. My daughter says he is comforting to her and not judgemental. She always feels supported and encouraged. She strives to do better each day due to Dr. Shorey's understanding and guidance.

Dr Shorey is approachable, friendly and thorough, good doctor. However, the customer service by reception is terrible! It's impossible to connect with them by telephone ...the phone number 905-595-0559 is constantly busy ...can't even leave a message and the other number 905-451-2967 responds with "the client you are calling is unavailable, please try your call later." Not very impressive for a doctors office.

The doctor is really amazing but the reception is bad - I REALLY FEEL BAD that such a good doctor and his patients are suffering because of poor customer service and handling of calls - 1 star less just because of that
