Monster Duct

Aggressively tried to sell us a different more expensive package. Became abusive after we refused. He tried 6 times after we said no. Refused to leave even after we paid $20 extra. Left covers off the furnace. Screws missing. Worst experience ever. Nearly became physical with my 65 year old Dad. Awful.

I recently used this company - the services was extremely terrible - it did not even deserve one (1) star - that is how horrible the service was. Frank (reportedly his name) his body odor was offensive and he spent less than 1/2 hour cleaning the ducts and he demanded payment. He was argumentative and just awful to deal with. The price he quoted changed three (3) times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this scam. We wish we could give negative rating to this co. Rip off. Rude
