Very professional and accommodating. They were able to work around our schedule. They took the time to explain things to me and were very quick efficient and clean! They installed a gas fireplace for us and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stonework around it! I would recommend this business to everyone. Great customer service.

I contacted Muskoka Stone & Hearth regarding an issue with our HeatnGol propane fireplace. After 4 days of conversations and promises to call back, someone finally acknowledge they were short staffed and having difficulty dealing with service calls. A straight answer 4 days ago would have been helpful so I could call someone else for help earlier. Hope my experience is not typical of their sales and service.
