Possibly one of the worst rental companies.Upgraded to "white chairs", when we received them we needed to scrub them outside under the hose they were so dirty,also several were in fact missing feet,we had to duct tape each foot to protect our carpet. Our concerns were met with a "so what" attitude. Inexpensive junk, poor quality and even worse customer service.

Have a problem with your rental? I hope not because customer service is not what Tim's does well. I rented from Tim's and they forgot to include part of my rental i had requested. I was mid project and they kept referring to the "signed contract" and that it was my responsibility to check the items and to make sure every item was listed. Totally unwilling to find a solution. A few days later a mystery charge appeared on my credit card. No explanation or invoice was given until i called and questioned the extra charges to my card. Very argumentative and unwilling to work with you once the contract is signed. You may save a little by renting here but it was not worth the hassle and stress for us.

The gentlemen who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful and rented me what I needed. Very positive experience.

I rented some scaffolding from Tims for 1 week. When I rushed back from my cottage to drop it off on the Saturday they advised me that they will have to charge me an additional WEEK because I was 2 hours late. NO compassion at all. The funny thing is I was speaking to a kid there the week before to rent a mini excavator for a few weeks among some other things, Forget it now. Who knows how much they would charge me if I was a few minutes late. If you rent here BE AWARE!!
