The worst experience I had with a doctor. The staff is insanely rude. I went there last time due to symptoms and they did a urine test. I go back with more symptoms, most likely kidney disease. And she asks for another urine test? The last one did nothing. Didn’t even let me finish saying all of my symptoms… no wonder a lot of people die after seeing a doctor. How are you supposed to know if you don’t even listen to my symptoms? I said 2 out of at least 20. It’s honestly pathetic

Unprofessional. Janet the receptionist is VERY rude, she will hang up on you. They do not return CALLS. They do not schedule follow up appointments. They neglect medical issues and referrals from specialists. Then when you ask them for help they dismiss you as a patient if you question their system or lack their of.
