I was very pleased with the professionalism that I got from this cleaning company I called in on a weekend and the manager gave a great price ���� very pleased

I have provided a more detailed review on other platforms. We found the owner to be unprofessional. She regularly attempted to arbitrarily change the pricing structure every two weeks. She would shame us for having a home that required cleaning (the service we were paying her to provide) and any articulated concerns were met with a dismissive "You just don't understand how hard it is to run a business." She also made sexist comments about how I should be cleaning instead of my husband.

The cleaners were aboustly fantastic. I cant say enough about this cleaning company I will highly recommend them to anyone

Deanna + Melissa worked hard and efficiently to clean our house after tenants had left. Their professionalism was superb and the house was cleaned to the roots. I most definitely recommend their business as they were able to call in additional services last minute and assist with unforeseen issues throughout the day. I had the experience in dealing with Deanna from WEST COAST MAIDS I wanted to share my experience here online saying she is one in a million to take care of all your cleaning needs I asked her how many days she is open she said 24 hrs a day I thought wow there is such a demand and she said yes. I had a great experience with West Coast Maids we're cleaning a superb their staff is very professional very conscientious when they move things through their home they put back things in the proper places they gave me an outstanding price of $150 and then to keep our hose maintained on a monthly basis was $100 I couldn't beat the offer the office was very polite very courtesy and very pleasant to deal with very professional and I can tell they run a great business

I decided to call and West Coast maids lady on the phone was very helpful into answering all of my questions she was very polite and gave me a reasonable price for move-in cleaning I decided to go with this cleaning service since I was from the Alberta area and I needed something fast and reliable Diana and her assistant Melissa were quite very played with myself and my family I would definitely recommend this cleaning service looking for anybody looking for a reasonable cleaning price as well

My experience with cleaning service was outstanding and superb I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family they were there on short notice and they took care of the house which was a disaster that were left by previous tenants all I can say was wow what an outstanding job that they did and took care of it thank you West Coast Maids for your hard work we will be back for a future services

Unhappy with the service, got calls several times to reschedule originally planned time. The cleaner that came did the bare minimum and had to be frequently instructed to clean areas of the house. Used the same cleaning product for all parts of the house and did a terrible job at that. Utterly disappointed in the service, complete waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!
