My boyfriend experienced issues with his phone which were supposed to be covered under the warranty. He waited 4 weeks only for them to call him saying that the phone was back with a quote from the repair centre not even repaired, after he had spent the entire 4 weeks calling in asking where his phone was located.
When he went in to pick his phone up he asked for proof of purchase or any information with the date of purchase on his phone and the "manager" Jay started to get short with him, refusing to help him in any way, and started to talk down on him. When I spoke to him and told him that this was ridiculous and he needed to fix the problem he threatened to call the police for no reason, and tried to ban us from the store just because he didn't know how to do his job. All we asked for was a phone number to call, a website to go to, anything to help our situation. He actually had to be restrained by another employee before we were told to leave.
