    Machine fell apar...

    Machine fell apart in just a couple weeks. Tried to return it and there are no refunds. Got it exchanged and the same thing happened. They then told me that the machine I bought was not very good. Way to back up your products. My only option? To upgrade to another machine that is 4 times the cost. Ridiculous. Called head office and was told that the person answering the phone is just a bookkeeper.
