Excellent quality of work, lifetime warranty, had 1st vehicle tinted for 6 years, never one issue. Just had new vehicle done with same perfect job done.

This business has been taken over by new management and the same quality and customer service isn’t the same. The manager is a hot head and doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused to my back right door panels melted with a heat gun. He refuses to look at the panel and refuses that it was caused by his staff. After discussing the issue he told his receptionist not to return my lifetime warranty paperwork, thankfully she had already returned it to me.

My wife and I have had Several vehicles Tinted here going all thew way back to when Crystal First Opened. We have ALWAYS been MORE than pleased with the Job,Time,and Price. NEVER have we had Any problem or reason to return as Crystal and her Employees are Well versed in what they do,and take Great Pride and Pleasure in ALWAYS completing the Job On Time,and with the Utmost care .. Way to go guys...SUPERB JOB ! ! ! ! Mike & June M.
