Incredibly rude and not accommodating. My mother has an oversensitive gag reflex and simply requested that should she raise her hand to notify the dentist she may vomit he stop, this is as much for him as her. He accused her of being "ignorant" and insisted that should she gag he would continue the procedure regardless, this is of course not only anxiety inducing for a patient but also a genuine safety issue if they are trying to alert you of choking. Very concerning.

I had all my teeth pulled 10 months ago. And my surgeon had recommended the Barrie Denture Clinic. And Iam so glad he did. I now can smile after years of not smiling or I would cover my mouth. I cant thank Ted enough for my great smile.

I've used this service for years have never been let down. Great people.

Very poor service. Denture was bent while locators were being removed. Obviously, not done properly as directed by Preat. My three calls to settle the overcharge of $80 instead of the $40 Ted said he would charge on my prior visit. Locator kept popping out and one got lost which leaves me with no backup set. Called three times and the receptionist acts like she understands and then I do not receive a call back from Ted or her as she has promised. There is very poor service with no empathy.
