When i got in the...
When i got in the cab it was dirty and sticky with something like pop. There was dirt all over the floor. Then when we leave i noticed he wasnt wearing his seatbelt. The van was beeping at him to put it on but he never did. I tried to look for some i.d but there was none. When i called to complain the dispatcher knew who he was and told me hewould "talk to him" and that he was sorry about what happened. He also told me it was legal for him to not wear his seatbelt in case of a customer attack. since when is a cab driver above the police with the law. Worst cab ride of my experience.
