I never even entered the business and found it terrible. Had gift card from Christmas for free cut/root touch up/nails, etc. Had an appointment, however, the day of, we had freezing rain warning. I called at 9:00 a.m. to cancel and re-book. She told me, per the instructions in tiny print on the back of the coupon, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged $25.00 on your next service. She was adament I pay the 25.00 to reschedule. Bad way to get new business. Ripped up the coupon!
