Low Income Intermediary Project

this is an awful place, I paid for a course in July 2019 and its december and I am still waiting for a refund as the course did not start when it was supposed to and I was NOT notified as to the actual start date and nearly 5 months later and I am still waiting for a refund. Not cool for a place that is supposed to help people on a low income.

Went in, first time there and my organizational skills have become very difficult to function. Upon opening my backpack, two wonderful women had offered to make me a binder. They took time out of their day to help me and that is to me a display of how much they care. The positivity in that place is so warm and welcome, and they have since been so very caring and forgiving. This is one of the best experiences I have had while bringing my file and asking for help!
