had bought a Groupon for $80 worth of service and thought I would bring down five baseball caps and three shirts I went in there and asked what the prices were and the lady be on the counter said she didn't know the prices but they would give me the prices when it came to pick it up and I said well no I need to know the prices before I dropped my stuff off so I have an idea what I'm paying and she said well they have no way of knowing and then so she phoned her manager.

BAD- they tell you not to worry, pay next time, then you do pay the next time and they accuse you of not paying and add extra money to your bill. They keep no record of whats owing expecting you to trust them when they add extra money owing to your bill- dont use this drycleaner!!

Very good service, they take good care of your clothes and make sure everything is perfect before giving you your order.

They have great service very nice people, I had big stains and they made my clothes brand new again. Best dry cleaners in the world!!

Absolutely terrible. I dropped off my New Years dress to be hemmed on a Weds and they told me to come back to pick it up on Saturday, New Years Eve- they were closing Sat at 2pm but they closed earlier than they said and I never got my dress. They tried to overcharge me, and they never fixed a repair on my coat which they made me pay for. Terrible customer service and bad service in general.

Pricing is inconsistent. My Groupon was valued for $50.00 with an extra $90.00 that means it was $140.00 total for 9 pieces, half of which, did not have all their stains removed, and additionally, came back smelling of a consignment store or a smokers closet. When I went to pick up he told me everything was taken care of and in wonderful condition, upon inspection when I got home I realize he had lied to my face, and in fact one of my articles was damaged. Very upset about this experience.

They are awful- dropped off silk curtains for a repair. They cut the up and shortened them by 7 inches. They are unusable. Zero comprehension, terrible customer service. I am so sorry we did not Google search this awful place first. Many bad reviews. Avoid them.

Left three pairs ...

Left three pairs of pants for minor repairs (buttons and zipper replacement). Picked them up, brought them home, realized they'd been cleaned and pressed but not fixed. If they can't handle arranging such a simple task, would hesitate to leave any of my good clothes with them.
