Looked down my drain to confirm blockage in December. Promised drain repair estimate in a day or so. Five months later,still no estimate, just a bill for $500.Just don't. Argued and ended up paying $400

Terrible service! They took much longer than estimated and charged 2-3 times the industry rate. They made mistakes that I had to hire another plumbing company to fix. They caused a gas leak and did not fix it for days, then claimed it was not their fault. Their invoice did not have a breakdown of labour, parts, etc. just a total (huge) sum.
