Fountain Tire

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end. After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

Terrible service,...

Terrible service, rude, screwed up balancing tires and my alignment was done incorrectly. Had to have it all redone. Used a red grease pen on the rim to write RR/LR FR/FL which took a lot of work to remove. Over charged as well. Don't take your pride and enjoy there and they know nothing about BMW's. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 2 thumbs down...

Overcharged

My wife's SUV was having transmission issues (check engine light on and stuck in first gear). Had her drive slowly to this shop. In my opinion, they took advantage of the situation my wife was in and over charged. Will not step foot in another Fountain Tire location again, especially this one.
