Mr Mike's Steakhouse

Being a shareholder my family and I frequent Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual on a fairly regular basis. When we first opened up we had a lot of rough days. But today I must give Ann Marie and the serving staff and Robin and the kitchen staff 5 stars for their hard work at bringing Mr Mikes in Fort McMurray up to a standard that they can be proud of.

Terrible experience! Inattentive server, rushed, long wait for order, asked BEFORE tasting (when delivered) how it was. Never checked in again. Severely dry well done overcooked steaks (not medium), child portions. Our empty water glasses were put to edge of table, hoping server would refill. We finally had to point out and ASK. (Our water refills were WARM, not even cool) Rudely, bill delivered same time as dessert. Stuffy, unventilated, NO A/C despite outside heatwave. Left hungry, poorer.

This place is a real ghost town. Didn't get my money's worth for that small amount of food on my plate. Ended up going home hungry afterwords. Way overpriced and commercialized garbage if you ask me. Not coming back here again.
