Do not use this person. Paid him in full, and he never came back. Missing $400 worth of work and a screen door

Took $900 from us for screens to be installed. Never returned. Never replied except with excuses until no further replies.

Taken the deposit and done nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I urge you not to use this person. I order screen doors May 2018 and have still not received them. Gave him a deposit of 50%. He does not return your calls. I recommended him to my neighbor who order screens from him in June 2018 and still not in and has not returned any of their calls as well. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!

Absolutely terrible service. John came to give us a quote, we agreed on a price, we gave him a large deposit and he said it would be about 2 weeks. It has been 3 MONTHS and he keeps cancelling appointments or not showing up. Now he is not even returning messages.

Just an FYI - we gave Fraser Valley Screens a deposit over a month ago. They made three appointments to come install. They have never shown up. Don't make the same mistake we did.

call last Friday book for Wednesday come on time did the whole house 25 screens in 3 hour great mobile service .

Call Thursday screens delivery and install Monday morning great service .

Look everywhere for the last 6 months couldn't find two patio door screen with special side . This guys came built it on site only took 45 minutes excellent service very happy THANK YOU

Called on Monday to repair a ripped screen patio door, had a custom fitted whole replacement the next day . Look 100% better, arrive on-time work well with my schedule . I would recommend to anyone looking for window and door screens !
