I had absolutely amazing service at EK Cell repair. The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They went above and beyond for me, and I'm super grateful!! Highly recommend.
Great shop! Very helpful and friendly- fixed my iPad within minutes. I was recommended to them by a box store who couldn’t help me. I will continue it and recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Initially referred to EK Cell Repair a few years ago by GeekSquad (GS client/subscriber over 15 years), my wife and I have used their services 5 times now. JW is quick, efficient, professional, totally reasonable fees, and a true pleasure to do business with.

I had a simple broken outer lens on my iphone, they said it would need a new camera and quoted a large price to fix it and even said it would have to be sent out. Went instead to Kelowna Cell Repair and got a new lens in half an hour for thirty bucks. I can't recommend these people.

Loyd, we are confused based on your review. We are a local business and we don't send out as we do everything in store. If the outer lens needs to be fixed, we will never ask our customers to replace the camera unless it is severely damaged. We are glad you had a positive experience with another store, however we would appreciate if you would refrain from posting false information as this review page is for our customers regardless of whether or not they have a positive or negative experience.

Brought my phone in as they were closing to have my phone looked at and they had it fixed before I could ask them what was wrong with it free of charge. Thanks boys! Problem: aux port wasn't holding cords properly
As a student these guys saved my life. My phone (and main means of communication) stopped charging one evening and was dead all the next day. They didn't hesitate to jump on the project and fixed it in minutes!

Cheap parts for sure. Phone was dropped on carpet and screen cracked and it was like 1 foot. Garbage quality. Should of ordered the part myself on ebay where they obviously get there low quality junk parts. You definitely will never have my business again! Graham

Old fashion fast, knowledgeable service. Would highly recommend this cell phone repair shop. Also lots of easy to access free parking! So in and out quick!
I came to EK Cell repair today assuming that they would have to order in my parts and it would take a week or more to fix my phone. Turns out they had all my parts in stock and was able to fix within 30 minutes. This was a huge convenience as if I would have sent it to LG it would have taken weeks to fix and I needed the phone soon. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their phone fixed. They were also very reasonably priced.
J.W. and his staff are excellent. My kids are constantly needing repairs to their iPhones, and EK is so great to deal with. The prices are great, and he won't let us spend money fixing something that he doesn't think we should. He treats us really well, and I can tell that he appreciates his customers
They did a horrible job on repairing my 5c, the screen was falling out by the next day and less than a week after i got the phone it fell less than 6 inches onto my table and the screen completely shattered. The service was fast and friendly but the quality of the repair was subpar at best. I do not recommend going there unless you intend to spend $100 a week on screen repairs. Either the materials used are of lower quality or the repair was done incorrectly, regardless I will go somewhere else if my phone ever breaks again, it was not worth my money.

Samantha, before we accept a repair we thoroughly inspect the phone. We do this even after screen repairs to make sure that everything is optimal. Therefore, we do not believe the screen would be falling out unless there was a serious physical impact to it. Furthermore, based on our system which has a detailed account of every customer that we do a repair or service to, just typing in Samantha shows that there have been three 5C repairs. Of the three, none have the last name starting with J.
The most knowledgeable and professional repair shop in town. Repairs are quick and hassle free. They were even able to repair my broken iPod which has been sitting around for the last year. If you have a damaged phone don't replace it, have them repair it. EK will do it for cheaper and you wont see any signs of the old damages. These guys are definitely your best bet to have it properly repaired!
