The food and service were good, but the lack of personal hygene among the staff raises concerns about sanitation. I was in the mens restroom the day before Xmas and a restaurant employee was sitting on the toilet (doing # 2). After wiping himself he left the bathroom without washing his hands and walked straight into the kitchen to prepare food for customers. The management needs to be on top of this and create a work environment that respects and enforces sanitary practices.
