I am so pleased with my experiences at this office. The girls in the back made me feel welcome and comfortable. The upfront staff are pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone in town!

haha love the "weird office, makes bread" comments I have read during my search to find a dentist in Cranbrook. I came to the conclusion those must be false reviews considering the spelling/grammar errors. I felt intrigued to visit this office. I love bread! Anyways, great overall experience. I questioned the front end staff regarding billing and was informed that British Columbia dentists follow a dental fee guide which can be found online. My family and I will continue to see this office.

Charged me hundreds of dollars for my kid that was covered by other dentists. Front end staff are incompetent, and the entire atmosphere is creepy. Fresh bread anyone? baking bread onsite, just weird. Brents can be unprofessianl at times, and raced a tech while doing fillings "lets see whos faster". There are many good dentists in town, this is not one of them. Don't make the mistake I made, cost me big.

My first few visits here were okay, but after a filling fell out and I was lied to and belittled by one of the front desk ladies I decided to go else where and am glad I did apparently they didn't do it right, that's why it fell out, I personally wouldn't recommend this place.
