The staff at the Cloverdale Bosleys are always friendly and helpful. They are great with my children who love to go in to pet the resident cats Velvet and Oliver. The store is always clean and well organized and selection is great with all price ranges from cheap to expensive. Staff are always willing to answer questions and give advice. It's a well run family business that we are happy to support. Unlike other reviewers, never had an issue or a problem. The owners even managed to track down and help us adopt a rare orange female tabby that we were looking for. Please dont hesitate to visit this Bosleys, I'd rather shop here that at the local big box pet store any day.

Owner surprisingly rude. Staff forgot to give me in-store credit for my regular purchase; I drove back to speak to the owner. She recognized me. I thanked her for the expensive foods she brings in just for me, told her about the missed credit and confirmed no receipt. Her smile disappeared, she looked at me like I had stolen something and said coldly "I can give it to you but you have to have your receipt." I should've received it, I am a regular good customer, and drove back, now I'm wrong?
