Did good job on the hardwood but the the tiling job not so much the tiles are cracking and the grout continues to come out also left grout all over the tiles which is still there after a year of cleaning . Very disappointed ?????

The customer decided to do their own preparation on the sub-floor for the tile areas including the removal of the preexisting flooring as well as the tile sealing without cleaning the new floor effectively trapping what was on the surface under the seal. We are also very disappointed that those parts affected the new flooring but it should be noted that it is not something that was done by us.
