Worst service I've received in my life, the new and current manager refuses to accept responsibility for the previous managers promises stating " I'm not the old manager". This is a dangerous mind set for a business to have given that from branch to branch the service is completely different and banking from 1 branch to another should be seamless like all real banks. We understand 1 rotten apple doesn't spoil the bunch but when you have several rotten apples running the show it makes for a terrible banking experience when 1 of the 3 banks in our city will accept our transactions but daily it changes and the others won't and finding that branch on any given day is impossible. Servus should remain the same standard of customer service in all locations. If we went promised another account with your bank thus shutting our old bank account down we would not bank with you period but now we are stuck with you and forced to pay 100$ a month to use our savings like a checking because of the new manager wants to make money off of us, we'll played servus....well played. If you bank with servus in lethbridge I suggest the downtown branch they treat you like a person not a source of revenue.
