Helping men and women regain their confidence is all part of a day’s work for Kay Manuel, owner of The Brow Loft. After working more than 20 years in the television industry as a makeup artist, Kay left the industry to create her own business in 2015. She found the perfect space on the third level of The Cutting Room Salon and Spa building found in Oliver.
Her business has quickly become a place where she can help people regain their confidence by accentuating their natural appearance. After receiving extensive training and experience, Kay now specializes in microblading and scalp pigmentation. Using the latest technology, both procedures give people the appearance of new eyebrows or hair. “It’s really amazing what can be done with both technologies,” says Kay.
