The staff are great but the management is terrible. Apparently they don't have to be nice to the customers or the staff. In the middle of shopping there I overheard A MANAGER NAMED DAWN was incredibly rude to the staff and she didn't acknowledge me at all when I was seeking help. When I approached her with a question, she said just a minute and sent a staff member to me instead of just answering a quick question. It felt like I was just wasting her time.

great variety

If you want a store with a great variety of housewares reasonably prized goods that you might not find anywhere else then you have found the place. But one thing to keep in mind that this is the kind of store that does lot purchases. So once an item is gone it may be quite a while before you see it again. Some of these products you will find no where else north of the 49th and definitely not at these prices.
