    Not doing repairs and lying

    I bought a trailer from them last summer. This year the siding started to come off, the shower stall came of from the wall and the hot water heater relief value started to leak. I took the trailer back to them on Aug 28/16 the lady at the service desk said the didn't do those repairs until October. After getting them to take the trailer I didn't get it back until Oct 31/16 with and invoice saying the fix the shower and replace the relief value and siding. They did not repair the shower or value.

    Service outstanding!

    Brought my camper in for installation of AC roof unit and minor repairs. Although I purchased the unit elsewhere service department treated me great. Ladies at counter where friendly and happy to help me. Service manager and guys in the back are craftsmen with years of experience. They all know there stuff. Excellent ! Will be back!

    Warranty

    I bought a brand new Adventurer truck camper with 3 year structural warranty. They mounted the bracket for the stairs which almost ripped out of the camper the first time I used it. Now they are telling me it may not be covered under warranty?? There is no maybe, way to stand behind your product Frazerway R.V. I suggest you shop somewhere else!
