Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They answer the phone with, hello. And that’s it. You have to ask if this is Fancy Doors. They have the market cornered so I guess customer service doesn’t matter.
Horrible Customer Service! They were supposed to come out Wednesday to fix my new door so I took the day off work for them not to show up and not answer or return any of my calls, finally got ahold of someone for them to say Friday they will be out again took the day off and no one showed called and said this is completely unacceptable and that not once has anyone apologized for not showing up for the manager to say I’m not going to apologize we have done nothing wrong??? WHAT???
The customer service is terrible. Once we picked everything out and paid in full they only shipped part of our order. Two months later we are still waiting for a pantry door. The sales man will not answer or return any texts or messages regarding our door. I will never use this company again.
Terrible customer service with very poor communication. I was trying to place my order for days and when I finally reached the sales guy Aaron (who wasn't returning my calls) he informed that my order has been placed already with items missing on it.
Very frustrating experience. Extremely hard to deal with.
Great service until you go out the door, and then absolutely the worst after service a business can give. They will never see my business again, two thumbs down!
