Great visit the food was great! Clean dining area and people very friendly.

This is by far the most run down McDonald's I've ever seen... staff is having a hard time to understand English, messing up orders or the order number just disappears on the screen and nobody knows why. The self order screens just freeze and you have to start all over with your order... Mens toilet door is falling out of its hinges and if you want to wash your hands it takes forever, because the water flows extremely slow.

Terrible food, extremely cold fries jokingly called hot. Cleanliness is definitely not being looked after. Have personally witnessed bugs crawling around that appeared to be cockroaches. Would not risk the health issues.

Very Bad Service

This place has a bad reputation for extremely poor service. There are other places to eat in Brooks that would be more than happy to help you out. The owners of this McDonalds franchise don't care. Try and call them I bet they wont even answer the phone.
