I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.

They are 24/7, they are fast to respond to emergencies, they don't overcharge, their work is amazing, their tradesmen are professional...we've used them for 5 years now, and we will be lifelong customers. 5/5 star rating, every time!
